Bach Flower blends are used to address emotional balancing. There are elements of ailments that are expressed as feelings. These are sometimes difficult to manage or even explain and can include emotions such as: fear, fatigue, overwhelm, impatience, panic and so much more. By addressing our emotional wellbeing with the use of Bach Flowers, we help the mental and physical states recover much faster.
How and When To Use
- Use when emotional states and feelings seem to be a negative dominance in your wellbeing.
- Add a five drops of the blend under the tongue 3 x daily.
- Add 10 drops to a litre of water or a cold drink in your flask and drink during the day.
- Take as directed by your Health Consultant.

- Preservatives: Either Alcohol or apple cider vinegar for pregnant, children or those sensitive to alcohol.
